In 2016, the villa underwent a significant renovation that beautifully transformed both the interior and the pool area, creating a fabulous outdoor space. The owners have masterfully updated this charming, typical Ibizan farmhouse with a stylish and authentic touch. Lovely, Cool Interior
The entrance to Villa Pep Luis is secured with an electric gate that opens onto a driveway with enough space for two cars. Entering the original farmhouse brings you into a welcoming living area, which remains pleasantly cool in the summer, thanks to the traditionally thick stone walls of the finca. All bedrooms in the villa are air-conditioned, and uniquely for an Ibizan finca, each bedroom features an ensuite shower room.
