Entry to the house is through a side door with an additional security door, leading into a large kitchen diner. Beautifully preserved, original finca doors open onto the garden, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. From the kitchen diner, you enter a spacious open-plan living area that offers plenty of room to escape the summer heat. The entire main farmhouse is air-conditioned for comfort. Off the main living area, there is a twin bedroom at one end and two double bedrooms linked by an en-suite bathroom at the other end. An additional washroom and toilet are also located on the ground floor.

As you approach Villa Nieves from the driveway, you’ll find ample parking space for multiple cars. Through an original stone archway, you pass a small annex that is simply furnished but includes air conditioning and a shaded terrace. Continuing past the terrace, you arrive at the main farmhouse, which is accessed through a charming walled garden terrace featuring a large brick-built barbecue area.
Fabulous Views and Upper-Level Bedrooms
From the living area, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and French doors opening to a roof terrace. This terrace offers spectacular views of the pool and surrounding countryside. There is also a smaller double bedroom with an original beamed ceiling and a larger double bedroom, both with access to the roof terrace, plus another independent bathroom.

The outdoor spaces at Villa Nieves are a standout feature that previous guests have adored. The beautiful gardens are filled with palm trees, flowering bushes, and lush lawns.
