We are operating a limited portfolio of just 14 villas in 2025, that we believe represent everything The Tribe stands for – good value, good service, good times. We are an official partner of Ibiza Villas 2000, who, like us, have been operating on the island for years. Plus, we have one of our own villas available for rent too, for those seeking a little extra luxury. We don’t advertise villas that mis-lead our guests, or promote villas that we don’t rent. What you see is what you get.

One of two of our own villas for 2025, Can Guerxonet is a beautiful Finca, perfectly renovated in authentic Ibicencan style with 15.000m² of land and 320m² of living space overlooking the sea and the charming village of San Agustin, just 5 minutes drive from San Antonio.

At the 10 x 5m infinity pool, you can find sun loungers, lounge furniture and a covered dining table, where you can enjoy pleasant family meals overlooking the colourful surroundings and the sea. A second terrace includes dining table and large barbecue area.
