Our resident daredevil, Joel, is more than a captain, he’s a water sports sensation. When he’s not steering your boat, you’ll find him jet-skiing or wakeboarding, always pushing the limits. Joel’s fearless spirit and expertise in water sports make him the perfect guide for those looking to add some adrenaline to their experience. Joel will operate The Tribe tender in 2025, introduce you to a selection of water sports and take you on experiences across the island, on land as well as water.

A captain with a curious soul, Dani is half Ibicencan and half French, bringing a blend of cultures and a passion for exploration. Born and raised in Ibiza, Dani is constantly discovering new parts of his island home.
